The United States didn't qualify for the FIFA World Cup '18 but that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t be watching. Nearly 3 million foreign born residents cheered on their respective home countries, right here in the melting pot of NYC. Nike asked us how we could creatively capture this international excitement, especially during this delicate political climate surrounding immigration.
So we thought, why not position Team U.S.A. as Team Us? We sought out to create a movement of inclusion where anyone could view the games, play a match, or cheer on together.

So many loyalty programs are tricky to figure out and filled with catch-22s; we were asked to design a loyalty program that was easy, intuitive, and well, rewarding for Verizon’s 113 million customers. I was part of a team that helped create an experience that encouraged users to download the My Verizon App, built trust with the brand, and increased user satisfaction overall.

How can we sell a premium cell service to a someone that might not even have a bank account? Verizon challenged us to create an experience that’s tailored to price conscious customers that want flexibility and low-commitment from their celly.
As lead copywriter for a year, I wrote for all the Prepaid app and web experiences. These included the first ever Prepaid Referrals Program, and promo video featured on Verizon Prepaid’s homepage. I also concepted for in-store shopping experiences as well as spoke directly to the client during our weekly working session.
